Yes, and I doubt that it’d ever change
I’m one of those people who would abuse this feature. In WoM, you can repeatedly go higher up in the air by high jumping using magic and also blocking, but it does eventually stop at some point. It also lowers your chances in getting discovered by an opponent since they don’t really expect you to be in the air for so long.
