Kinda glad honestly it didn’t really make sense to be able to stay in the air just by holding your arms across your face or for using a shield as a shield in the air

Yes, and I doubt that it’d ever change
I’m one of those people who would abuse this feature. In WoM, you can repeatedly go higher up in the air by high jumping using magic and also blocking, but it does eventually stop at some point. It also lowers your chances in getting discovered by an opponent since they don’t really expect you to be in the air for so long.
