Man legendary charts (and by extension their weapons) sure were pulled off very well in AA/R they were so balanced and obtaining them was definitely reasonable

Yep, it basically functions in the sense that it’s half the damage of Crash techniques. Arguably Hlaf is the range of a Beam spell too.
But there is a general compensation which is that M1s exist for Fighting Styles I guess.
