I guess NPC ships and the Grand Navy are close to completion unless vetex has something else
i wonder what features grand navy will have

so we know that theres bascially an assassains syndicate I wouldnt be surprised if vetex hasnt made they’re ships and thats why NPC ships isnt crossed out

yes and no it will be a potion but a very difficult potion to get as you need to go into the dark sea to get its items. this potion will be post release cause potions havnt been made and the dark sea is probably not close to being finished but yes you will be able to
