I went Light/Shadow in AA. I didn’t pick my magics with edginess or balance in mind, I just wanted cool spells, so I watched a youtube video showcasing all the moves, and I thought Divine Shower and Dark Devastation were the coolest-looking ultimates. The two magics just so happened to synergize well with each other apparently. I’m not getting that combo again in AO though, I’d rather

Seems like the balancing is leaning toward making interactions a much lesser thing, probably so PvP is more about skill than who’s combo is more meta.
