It got nerf cause there is a way to bug him and kill him easy without getting hit by him.
Plus people would grind him crazy for levels instead of exploring or playing the game
that reduction to trading means you can’t just have an alt to store items. Well you can, but you gotta spend 3 hours in-game with it.
