Unfortunately, this almost never occurs.
In games with server lists, its usually always beneficial cause players are able to choose servers fitting their regions to get the best possible connection.
Yeah, you can try to play on empty servers, but that rarely ever works since youre not the only one trying to do it out of 30k people. The servers get filled up regardless
