Reminders for AO (Part 3)

This ignoring mage nerfs which are nice (coming from a solid mage main who is tired of being called a metamancer)
THIS IS BIG (not the bug fix but the mechanic it’s referencing). No longer will I have to deal with people just running around harvest/Ravenna. Also a nerf for pulsar spam even further.

The only remnant of runner behavior will be people minmaxing speed on their ship and hopping in the moment danger encroaches.

I get this but like, learning to fight back is just gonna be a necessity if you plan to fully engage in the games systems. Which will probably be more and more vital once minmaxing your ship for dark sea content becomes important.

Yes especially when you can hop on a ship and zoom off it does work.

I am soooooo scared about having to pvp in the 30 feet visibility fog of the Dark Sea, truly terrifying to watch people be completely unable to find or hit me

would be nice if the fog got toned back for the tier 1 and 2 insanity areas of the dark sea whenever its made.
