If the cap does turn out to be around 700, would purist builds be able to access the highest tier meant for level 1k?
I’d assume so. Stuff being adjusted for the new max level would be reasonable. I don’t imagine Vetex, or really anyone, would just cut off content because it was intended for a later level that was no longer planned.
