No it was not, thereâs a reason it was the joke magic.
Itâs like mud magic where it had a decent gimmick, but nobody would seriously choose it and now that itâs gone people care

Ink, paper, mud, promethean flame, and gold are the only ones I remember being removed.
Paper was the only one of them I played and the rest seemed boring.
Promethean flame was either going to be meta or underwhelming, gold was too slow to be fun, mud was stupid, and ink somehow felt like watered down water.
sad we canât do a conjuror file with earth magic and paper magic.
Please stop using inequalities.

It would be fun if earth hitting a soaked target made mud.

Promethean flame which I was going to use for my holy magicless executioner mage (although it was removed for good reasons, and allows the other grand fire magics to be potentially added).
