I have 11/20 from playing ~4 hours. I am missing the sinking boats, 2 under water, and the treasure chart one, and the other 5 are dark sea related!
So I don’t belive that is accurate, here is the obtainment method wiki said for phantom egg:
I assume you have to board a ghost ship(the ones that are somewhat see through, and don’t normally have athlanteans).
it’s there above the cargo that the ghost ship leads you to
