In all seriousness though, I think, after I finally settle down, I’d probably start studying magic ENERGY(not magic, magic energy) to test it’s limits.
If we are born with a random magic, I’d prefer that I’m born with the capacity to learn fighting styles and weapon cast instead of have a magic. That way, I can practice with it.
Can you form your magic energy into something, even if you aren’t born with magic?
What are the real limits? Can I make a magic energy attack like axe slash that would, instead of dealing damage to the enemy, inflict some sort of debuff to them?
Mostly because I really like HXH, so I would like to see if there are any similarities with Energy and Nen. Hey, can you blame me? It’s cool.
Given that I have no Magic in this scenario, I’d start fishing until I got the full Sunken set, then become a Warlord, probably running Basic Combat with Iron Leg and the S.Sword, P.T. Dagger, and a bow.
I sail around and open those weird randomly spawning chests until I get enchantments. Then, I sell them to players. I also break the fourth wall on occasion just to freak them out.
Maybe take some days or weeks to figure out what I can do. The island is inhabited, hopefully not inhabited by psychos or even worse the Undergrowth- wait that’s something else.
If it is populated by relatively normal people, the first thing I’d do is enlist in the Grand Navy since there are beds and food and I’ll be able to make some money for myself. When I’m set enough, I’ll have to consider if I want to stay there or leave and have to work harder to get my own stuff together. Erm after that, well there are a lot more factors
Fish till I get to level 125 and sell all of the fish and get a ship start a shipping company make a lot of money/while leveling up
Use all of that money to start construction/expansion in the dark sea and begin the exploration company and find a nice inland in the middle of the dark sea to make my base of operations
Sell my maps and resources from the dark sea to get resources I need to forge a forever war and sell to both sides become the forgotten king of war growing my base of power as the other factions able to destroy me weaken each other
So I can get even more resources so I can finish what I started and my dream:
MY GOD DAM INK MAGIC
I think I should say, that apparently in the Arcaneverse, humans have been enchanted by the latent magic within the sea. Thus, they’re stronger and more durable than ordinary humans. This poses a problem, because now you’re made of glass in a society where everyone is made of steel.
