It has to take a shit ton of effort to keep him contained, and they’re missing out on one of the strongest curses
They may not have an available devourer at their disposal for that, since they do break after a single use
Killing a former leader is also usually a pretty clear declaration of war, which the Grand Navy may not want on their hands right now since they’re currently primarily focused on their war to suppress and vanquish the very powerful corsairs

After the recent changes, we all know wind mages wont last much longer…
and don’t lie to me: you’ve never seen an earth mage, they always go metal…
I think it’s more that swapping fighting style will wipe all the technique scrolls you placed on it whereas swapping weapon/spirit rite will just save it in your inventory
Let me try making an “Alignment Chart”; its more of a stat spread but I’m sure it’ll work out decently…

I guess you can imagine potential as how much these stats can reasonably be modified? Like weapons and Spirit have multiple gears and enchantments which reasonably allow them to modify their stats. TBH, i think weapons should be “S” and Spirit be “∞” because there doesnt seem to be compatibility issues like with Weapons (where swords can get some moves, and hammers cant use those sword moves).
