I like to think that the plasma user just teleported to a plasma breathing dragon and due to him having the curse of that magic, they were able to naturally control them.

It was never said in any chat by Vetex or otherwise, and actively contradicts established lore IN GAME and he tries to cover his ass with flimsy excuses.
Also as someone pointed out, if someone was leaking all of this, GENUINELY leaking and got caught, they would be banned. No exceptions. We’ve lost testers for less.
