I wanna surf
a quick google search says that surfing has been around since the 12th century.
nothing wrong with having surfer npcs, but i highly doubt this game will ever get minigames and it definitely wouldnt be the first one either way

anyways minigames and generally just goofy npcs scattered around the seas would be great, kind of like in the wind waker where certain islands and sea locations have npcs that let you do simple minigames that give you money or certain items
that being said id prefer if minigames used the games core mechanics instead (like a cannon shooting game, one where you have to sail through a course, stuff like that) instead of making new mechanics since i feel like thatd take really long for a simple side feature that 99% of people ignore
