There was a really old powerscaling thing from vetex that put valencia on a similar level to theos (although that may have been theos during the events of AA and not in his prime, I donā€™t remember it well enough)

JTN said heā€™s alive on the patreon chat(which I can grab if you like) and his body isnā€™t at Cassia Town just his body guards so it seems more than likely he made it out. Probably saved by a Thorne soldier when they were retreating. Also Zaix said he was in debatably worse shape so probably around the same level of injury between the two of them. If you want you could also add that while Veridia and Zaix tag teamed him getting rest inbetween fights, he had to fight them for 3 days straight.
