The ocean is a soup, it has broth (water), meat (various fish), and vegetables (seaweed). It can be eaten cold, even if it were disgusting. It being disgusting doesn’t take away the fact that it’s a soup. For example: I find eggplants disgusting, but that doesn’t make it any less a vegetable.
