It happens but do remember that roblox-bans will always ban one of the users or both sides depending on which one activates the moderation system
Usually spam-reporting a user will have the moderation system detect their chat, from what I know anything in bigger language like “Jews” will cause the moderation to take a longer time trying to figure out if it IS bannable while something as “Im gonna kill you” is easily interpreted and translated by the moderation system, thus you’re the one to get banned by the system, treating it as “harassment” or in other words, real life threats.
