vetex said that last names can be repicked and cultured names can be removed. However, he also stated that guild last names won’t be removed since it would mess up something, so here’s the question I’m gonna ask: Is it possible that you can keep a culture last name (ex. Calding, Barion, Salore, etc) and thus making you have an unobtainable last name on your save slot?
