Thoughts on curses being unobtainable?

Thats not an issue cause I wasn’t talking about canonical death cause obviously that ain’t happening. I mean if you were to die anytime in game or leave the game you’d lose it

also you don’t lose it when you leave the server, but that would be a huge problem since anyone can just get the curse and leave the game forever, basically gatekeeping that curse from being ever obtained

Thats pretty much what I was thinking probably the only way to implement it without it ruining the game aside from putting it in a whole other gamemode

Yeah, that could work. It would just have to be isolated from base AO, as Sea Curses are stupid powerful.

That too, but I meant sorta like if you found it in the main gamemode youd only have it til you died or until you left the game that way it couldn’t effectively be hogged. And it’d be server specific so if someone has a curse in one server you can still get that curse in another server. It might be a good idea to make those a seperate thing from servers without curses that way nobody has to deal with them if they don’t want to

On their own, but with the awakening allowing warriors to subconsciously use magic with their attacks they can
