Kinda? It’s nice but getting ten legendary scales is a monumental task. Most people are holding tight onto their own.
Tier IV makes Sunkens 1/600 while Tier V makes them 1/200 …

It was tested and proven that Luck works as this:
1/x is the drop chance of an item Luck affects.
1/(x*(1-Luck)) is the affected drop chance
So luck IV makes Calvus drop (1/10) 1/(10*(1-07)) so 1/3
Luck V makes it 1/(10*(1-0.9)) so 1/1

Bags have a 1/10 chance too from fishing (with 1.0 Item Chance), that’s why Luck V makes you only get bags.
