Weapon clashing doesnt happen at all. Swift is better for weapons both in terms of value and pvp prowess on average. Out of all the rare weapons only vastiras are better in terms of value and pvp viability with hard than with swift.

Nuclear’s right, hard doesn’t really improve raging storm clashing afaik. Someone would need to test it, was this right it would have some value increase, right?
I don’t know if a player’s raging storm can even clash now, only exiled can, don’t really remember not touching WoM a lot recently.
