you mentioned it would have “solid stats”
small concern about that, IF these “solid stats” jump the level requirement for the item, I believe most of us would rather it be a plain cosmetic accessory.
Its not about the power of the item but the representation, noone left out

he said solid stats for a bucket meaning it’s compared to other buckets
there are no current buckets so he could be basing it off nothing
