I know that people want to look good without having to choose a specific magic, but im sure you know how vetex is strict about how things work lorewise, so it wouldnt make sense that a fresh arcanium armor would keep the magic of someone else even if another magic user wore it.
Also theres plenty of other options besides magic stuff

I can see both sides! In this smallā¦ conundrum perhapsā¦ Personally a small bit I do side with sockies, but thats because my avatar is heavipy based off the colors of my magic!
I will say its sad being unable to use a lot of my other magic arcpsheres, even for vanityā¦

I think being able to exalt your own gear should be a thing but thats just me
armor gifting would be fun (you give your magic armor to a friend and itās been specially enchanted to stay as your magic visually)
im not even suggesting just visually with exalting that shit would be your magic with stats too

Exalting is basically when you dump your magic into an arcanium tool over a very long amount of time that it begins producing its own magic
In arcane adventures lore there was a class of arcanium weapons called āexalted weaponsā that generate their own magic energy and can be used by nonusers of that magic (think theosā staff or morocks sword)

thatās why duplicates exist, and illegal bootleg armors/weps (hacked ones) are from shady third party non-verified sources.
I also had an idea where you could create your own weapons with your own moves super late game but im aware it sadly will never happen
