Probably not. With the info we’ve been given, there doesn’t seem to be any sky islands and, thus, there will be no use for sky skaters.

I’m honestly excited for ALL CULTURES. I just can’t choose one. Maybe when I finally see the places in game I may have a favorite, but right now is impossible to decide.
i think keihatsu is gonna be my favorite culture since we would be able to get katanas as swords and stuff
