its really not fair at all for any artist on YT, theres these ladies and gentlemen who pour years into their work (whether it’d be animation, large music projects, or art) and only get a few million views after several months.
On the other hand we have the gamers who just upload a 15-minute video every day, pay an editor to cut the unnecessary bits out, and garner the same amount of attention within a few hours.
Back on topic though, SCP is one of the greatest bits of the sci-fi genre: mysterious, disturbing, and puzzling while still being academic-sounding, official, and some people probably thought it was real when they first read something off of it.
