How long does it take for Crystallized effect to despawn?

Crystal is actually unique in the way that when you clear it, it only clears 1 of the Crystals rather than all of them. I’m not sure if you can bypass the cooldown for reapplying though. And also to answer the question from earlier, no the status does not refresh.
