Theos would probably be midweight with his armor and all (There would be a variation without his armor but wouldnāt change anything)
He would have somewhat slow speed, a first jump resembling a high (T) jump, and his second jump boosting him more than his first, flapping his wings. Theos would have a short float initiated by holding the jump button after his second jump.
His moveset is based off his moveset from AA where you fight him in the Trial of Strength.
Neutral Special: Three Flaming Stars
Neutral Special
Creates 3 medium sized fireballs above his head which home in on your opponent with average speed one after the other. Would have decent start and end lag and usable in the air, which would make him float while using it. This move inflicts around normal damage and gives a burn effect. Theos faces the direction heās facing when he starts the move and if his opponent is behind him, he will be easily punished, since the flaming stars canāt home behind Theos.
Side Special: Phoenix Wing Flap
Side Special
With decent start and long endlag, Theos flap his wings in the direction he is facing. Like his neutral special, doing this in the air will make him float for the duration of the move. This can be slightly tilted up or down. He flaps his wings, dealing initial damage and LARGE knockback with the resulting gale of wind.
Up Special: Flaming Ascension
Up Special
Has a bit of start lag, but Theos flaps his wings, sending him upwards. You can tilt the move quite a bit with the left joystick. This sends him upwards quite a bit but is easy to punish at the end, as it sends him into a slow freefall with decent endlag once he touches the ground. Touching his wings while the move his happening will do a small amount of damage and burn the opponent.
Down Special: Phoenix Flame Cyclone
Down Special
Theos flies upwards slowly with his wings. Hitting him will cancel the move, and this has no hitbox. After a second or two, he will dive towards the ground, causing a ridiculously sized shockwave which can be avoided by getting off the ground. Has lots of endlag, lots of damage, and applies a bad burn.
Final Smash: Theos flies towards the opponent and buries them in the ground, where a cutscene occurs. He flies into the air, gathers all his power, and shoots a giant beam of phoenix magic towards the opponent. This move deals about 60% damage and applies burn after the move. The cutscene takes place on Ark Island, where the player fights Theos at 1/10th of his power in Arcane Adventures.
Misc.
Stage Entrance: Theos flies down from the top of his screen onto the ground using his phoenix magic wings.
Victory Screens:
1: Theos Flaps his wings, does a loop, and lands back on the ground with a menacing face.
2: Theos creates 3 pillars of phoenix magic fire in front of him, then stomping the ground with his staff twice. If heās using his costume without his armor and staff, he dusts off his shoulder.
3: Theos flies up, before unleashing an explosion of fire, then floating in the air with his wings.
Alternate Costumes:
His first costume is the orange armor we see him wear in Arcane Adventures. His second is his blue-green armor he wore before v2.8. Another costume is his grey tank top and pants we see him wear in his battle against you in 1/10th of his power in the Trial of Strength. Feel free to make his other 5 Alternate costumes.
What didnāt we cover? His A attacks, which can be made pretty easily using his magic and wings as tools to create these moves.
