So as far as ESRB ratings go, the lowest rating is E (everyone) and the highest is AO. (adults only) Since Arcane Odyssey also tends to get abbreviated as “AO”, I thought it’d be funny to see if it could actually have an AO rating. As such, what changes, lore and gameplay alike, would you make to turn AO “AO”?

Alright first of all, bring back the gore from before but make it 100X MORE, I am no pussy. You decapitate somebody with a halberd, their organs start FLYING out of their head? You shot somebody? Blood starts GUSHING OUT
Also add sex “Breeding” since that is basically the only way that a game becomes AO, you know gotta keep it realistic, maybe also add a “relationship” mechanic where you can get to know the npc’s better and eventually get it too the bed 
Make the characters swear like a sailor, infact make them say the most contrived stuff like maybe call you racial slurs and also constantly replace every five words with “FUCK” or “SHIT”
