Those were the Grand Flame curses, there are natural curses such as the absorption curse which he didn’t create.

All curses were made by Prometheus, but for every curse there is a magic, which means Absorption WAS a magic

Yes the sea curses were created when Arthur forced Prometheus to. NOT the Grand Fire Curses, they are two different things
