i mean, at least for heavy pvpers, surge isn’t something you use that often, it should be fine to have on z.
uh I tended to use surge a lot back when I was a mage… maybe that was why I sucked at pvp lol
AH, surge is useful when you have a lot of resistance I belive, as you are “casting” surge while the magic stuff is appears
