Definitely, the first one as with the changes with clans and island capturing clans are pretty much just king of the hill games so being coordinated and having good communication is a must, especially if half the members are on the other side of the map.
A good leader keeps their guild/clan together, brings people together for a common purpose. Thatâs universal, if you canât do that your guild is doomed to fail. Also make sure your people arenât going out of control, doesnât matter whether they like you, just whether they respect you and the rules you lay down.
My ending advice is just to make sure your guild itself is the common purpose. If you can create a community of people that are simply there for the community, congrats, youâve done the best you can possibly do as a leader.
Is this how you became a tester for AO (real)
Yeah
are there any girl testers?
why would you ask such a thing?
i do think a clan leader should be good at 1v1s bc he is the leader after all
except you donât gain infamy from killing other players.
The leader should probably be a warden, because if they get killed on a capturable island 1. the clan loses more infamy than if a regular member gets killed 2. they might get targeted in order to cause the group to lose coordination. Their priority should be staying alive, not winning 1v1s
uuuuhhhh yes
if your guild only attracts members and has members stay for a reward system thats dumb lol ao is a game not a job
But you can still lose infamy by being killed, and as a leader you lose more infamy on death than a regular clan member so it would be a bad look to have a low or negative infamy contribution
Giving regular paychecks wouldnât make sense because the rewards have to come from the members anyway, unless thereâs some external source funding your clan, but an entry prize could make sense, depending on the clanâs budget, because it could get people who donât want to be in a clan or want to make their own clan to try out being part of your clan first, and then decide whether they like it or not
Reward them with their tax money
