I guess I was pretty vague on “really hard”, I mean things that are possible after a long grind like for example: have a copy of every item at once in the game (not including title scrolls), maybe defeat every sea monster (depends on the rarity of Apollyon tier monsters), trade for a copy of every item in game (this one might be a little too hard especially after AO dies), etc.
