Nah there’s pain involved. It’s the magic of getting through that pain, and getting back up even if you are basically dead. I guess more akin to plot armor magic, but without the Mary Sue part. You’re gonna feel like heck but you won’t be dead.

Take Ink keep almost everything about it then change it to Oil magic and what this will do is it will drop puddles like any other liquid magic but you can set those puddles on fire with heat-based magics so they explode dealing dmg and it also gives the status effect called Oily which can ruin vision or slow the target down then if their hit with a heat-based magic while having the Oily status it does extra damage this magic can possibly still give scribed with Oily effect and Paper

To add on to that, the US army will pull up on you if you have the oily status effect and extract all your country’s oil.

liquor magic, basicly water magic, and not good clash rates, but it can combo with other magics, like lava, fire, ice etc, ( although the heat magics like fire will give you damage overtime, while ice will be the same as if it was water.

extra customizations for magic would be named and themed after alcohol ( for example brandy would be brown, vodka white, beer maybe a lighter brown and so on.)
and if there was a curse of it… this sums it up

Passive skill one: I have to look cool You can only get cuts on the face and small ones on the body

Passive skill two: No body not dead If the person who killed you doesn’t stare at your dead body for atleast 10 seconds you get revived

Skill one: My friends… THEY NEED ME If any clan mates are nearby you get double hp, and attack

Skill two: Plot armor Any attack that does more then 1/4th of my hp gets restored instantly, can be toggled

Skill three: Training arc Start doing push ups on the ground, gets 10x the stats of the last person to hit them

Skill 4: I… Love you Can only be used on people with gender, they will be booted out of the story as their arc is finished

Skill 5: Deus ex machina If no weapon is equipped a laser gun pops out of the sky 1 shot ko

Skill 5: All stories have ends Can only be used when you have max stats, randomizes your character to someone shorter then you with 2x your current characters stats for the obvious sequel
