What's the most chaotic thing that's happened to you in the Dark Sea?

Last night me and @Gone_Rotten went on a trip and it was chaotic.

Firstly he jumped into the water thinking he saw a poison jaws and wanted to fight it, so I swam closer, then realized it was not a poison jaws.

THAT’S A WHITE EYES GET BACK TO THE SHIP! He yelled.

So I swam rapidly, but then

I dragged my half-dead body onto my brig, and had him revive me. Five minutes in and I already lost my first life. (The trip was to last 90 minutes)

Then five minutes later he got killed by an Atlantean becuz the idiot bought a class cannon build.

So yeah, both lives lost in ten minutes.

I suggested turning back but dude was like “nah, it’ll be fine”

Then it went somewhat decent, we ventured into insanity layer one, killed some women, then got chased by two Atlantean Brigs. Sank one of them, no loot, then we sailed into insanity layer 2 and we ran out of cargo.

We killed more women then we left with our ship at 2/3 health and a buncha sealed chests.

Then we got chased by an Atlantean brig who bombed us hard our ship got to 2k hp. So he was frantically driving while I was smashing the ship with my Bronze hammer. We almost died when we crashed into a volcano but eventually we somehow lost track of them.

After all that I got the True Captain badge and we managed to turn in a decent profit. Somehow we survived.

This is truly an Arcane Odyssey.

my friend and I were memeing about how sirens were much more preferable than normal Atlanteans

We proceeded to get 6 siren rocks back to back

Went into the first range with multiple random people today.

We all got struck by lightning. A LOT.

And guess who showed up when we were paralyzed inside of the ocean?

Oh yeah forgor to mention my friend was driving the ship when he got hit by lightning.
Twice. Withing several seconds.

It’s a miracle he survived.

3 stories, with varying amounts of chaos:

1st one was a trip with a friend, who hadn’t been to the dark sea before. We each took a brig, mine with 26k health, his with 18k. We were doing ok, there was a slight lack of islands but it wasn’t much of an issue. What was an issue was the fact that there were no atlantean ships spawning, and we hadn’t brought any cargo. Eventually after making it most of the way through the 2nd range without finding a single ship, we turned around since we knew that we wouldn’t make it back out alive if we went any further. The journey back was very slow since both of our ships were damaged, neither of us could repair either. I had lost my hand to a lightning strike and my friend had no money. Eventually his brig reached 1k health and we still were not out of the 2nd range, so we abandoned it. After a painful and very slow and tense journey back, we made it out of the dark sea with 2k health on my brig and 8 sealed chests. However I did get a surge scroll out of it.

2nd story is a bit shorter. It was a normal dark sea trip, except for the fact that I got struck by lightning 4 times in the first range. Almost immediately after entering the second range, an atlantean ship spawned, and proceeded to get caught in a whirlpool. When it escaped I sunk it and immediately got water poisoning. Since I couldn’t risk fighting while constantly taking damage I was forced to wash it off and hope that I didn’t take much damage while doing so. Luckily, Zeus had my back, and as soon as the atlanteans boarded my ship they got struck by lightning. The next ship that I fought also got struck by lightning almost as soon as it spawned. The final ship though, being a brig, did not. I also got water poisoning as I started fighting it. The journey back wasn’t very special.

Final story is the strange one. Since I have basically everything I want from the dark sea by this point I decide to go on a trip to the far reaches with the same friend from the first story. We have learned our lesson and only take his brig, since it is faster and will get there quicker. However, as soon as we enter the second range, he disconnects, and I am left stranded in the dark sea. Luckily, I have magma magic, and swim all the way back to the bronze sea, just in time for my friend to arrive and take my right back into the dark sea again. We make it to the far reaches and he dies almost immediately. Once again I was stranded, but this time much further from the bronze sea. There was an island nearby so I decided to explore. There were 4 monstrous atlanteans so I killed them, 2 were extremely easy and the other 2 made me use a few healing potions. I decided to stay on the island and live there for a while, doing some fishing and using the house for shelter from water poisoning. I think my friend tried to rescue me from the repeated deaths in the dark sea but eventually he left and I was left alone to my fishing for the next few hours until roblox servers went down.

My warlord file seems to have the worst luck when it comes to the dark sea

One time, I was fighting an atlantean on a forest island. I was down to 700 hp, but it was down to 70. So I thought, hey just on more hit on it and I’m good to go!

AND THEN ALONG CAME ZEUS. I legit got struck by lightning when I was SO Close to killing it. Had about a bunch of chests too so I was pissed.

But then I went on another expedition. Got a few chest, about 10-15 maybe, I forgot. Was sailing back to count my blessings. THEN BOOM, the server shut down.

Had more shenanigans with lightning on that file. Got struck a purple and red lightning in a matter of minutes on the same island this specific expedition I got hit with I believe 3-4 lightning in a (I believe) 30 minutes time frame. Nearly lost an arm of it weren’t for my vanity armor

When on another expedition after that (I changed servers to get my armor back) got struck by even more lightning. Was sailing back, Zeus gave me one last fuck you before striking me with lightning on my way back to the bronze sea. Again, nearly would have lost that arm if it weren’t for the armor.

Because of all this, I made it Canon that my warlord has a fear of lightning

Encountered like seven Atlantean boats all back to back to back solo
Sunk all but one of them and managed to escape, one brig spawned during my escape too, and only three npcs on my crew (besides Enizor and Edward) survived the trip

me and my friends got 3 brigs after our back at range 2.

The captain decide to go “Fuck this” then eradicate all of them. This will not be possible if it not cuz the mountain island act as a hindrance.

After that, we hop on the ship and fight, one of us try to climb up the ship but got fling down into the abyss. Died.

Me and captain survived somehow with 1 life left. We try to escape, caught in whirlpool and tornado twice. Got strike by lightning more than thrice. Then got out of the dork sea.

Best things i got is armored scroll, and nothing else. God bless.
