ravenna is laggy and empty and just generally doesn’t feel as grand as alalea did
for me it was mostly just the general scale of alalea that made it feel grand to me, just an extremely large city that felt great to be in
the theme did carry it a good bit though
That’s fair enough, even if it is the closest thing and was likely made to be very similar it doesn’t have the same feel to it.

never said alalea wasn’t empty, but it’s not nearly as bad as ravenna
probably shell island for me cause i just love how the wilderness area of it turned out

I’d still say Ravenna is better, Alalea has like 5 story quests and nearly no quests at it as well, while Ravenna has like 21 quests and an entire story for it. Not only story too, the Npcs are more interesting than Alalea’s. Only thing I liked about it was the spawning guard captains 
I just love chilling on Frostmill on the ledges of the cliffs. Quite a relaxing view up there as you stare into the Darkseas and where you’ve came from on Dawn Island.

I’m a big fantasy enjoyer. Myriad embodies that fantasy, mythical library that holds knowledge from all over the world aesthetic i really love, and cirrus is a fantasy civilization in the skies above the world as we know it, and its skyships are just so cool.
Shell island and palo just cuz its got all the merchants i need as well as rarely having players go there, and they just feel nice to be at
