I remember once I made a Henry stickmin cosplay file in WoM.
He used crystal magic (Emerald version, as Henry steals an emerald in his games), and was completely bald as well.

There was some other zoro cosplayer i met myself, and one from the forums. Also, needless to say, but we all have seen plenty of Walters and such.
I would say the main reason for cosplays being rare is the fact that you can just make an OC without any difficulty, because the hard part, personality, is controlled by the story with little difference, or controlled by you, so the OC can just be you.
