i just wash my hands a lot, it’s actually really good for your skin, i have baby hands pretty much
Alright for people thinking that this person may not have a shower or running water at home, my town is literally based around a river. BATHE IN THE DAMN RIVER ![]()

wesree would you be comfortable bathing naked in the middle of the woods
yes
i didn’t anticipate a response for this
I always respond pal.
i mean THAT response
well the real question is who wouldn’t? like im connecting with nature man…
what if a random hiker found you bathing would you not be incredibly uncomfortable
Okay so I was one of these “I wasn’t told I had to use deodorant, but I showered everyday” kids in 6th grade.
Fact is, a lot of kids don’t know their meant to start using deodorant. Some are just… too depressed to even get up in the morning. I don’t judge someone who has this problem, because I know sometimes it can run a lot deeper than just “they don’t bathe.”
One of my friends knows I struggle with depression, and as a result, I often don’t brush my teeth because the need to SH can overwhelm the need to just clean myself.
Whenever I have a sleepover with this friend, they’d keep my eyes off of the mirror so I don’t start hating my body. They even help me brush my teeth if I’m spiraling too much.
Don’t just judge, people. Be a friend, a guiding hand for those that may need it.
I’d be hesitant because river water can be COLD.
Once I got past that, though, it’d be fine.
nope! i let it dangle anyhow… they call me a free baller
average hotwater bather can’t handle a little bit of cold heh
our river water isn’t cold
I mean hypothermia cold we still have snow!
well this would be a good thing because if they don’t come to school then I don’t have to smell them
hypothermia cold for you is lukewarm for me
That can’t be good for you.
yes sadly, the main flaw is that i’ll melt into a puddle above 5 degrees
Yes, but depression can take them in certain holds. You can’t let your own preferences guide how you view someone who may be struggling. If it’s a real problem, subtly and in a non-harmful way mention it. I’m sure they are well aware of the problem, but don’t be rude about it. Kindness is a preferred method for a reason.
Also, rude joke to people with depression smh
