Isn’t Freedrock a one of the unknowns making him stronger then people that can destroy continents? I don’t see whatsoever how its a better match.
It’s a magical glass if it was a normal one then they wouldn’t have added it in the first place since how tf are you going to kill people that can destroy an entire islands with glass?

Presuming that if Homelander was in the Arcane universe his powers would be considered magic in nature, I’d still say Julian would win, especially in a battle of attrition. However, if Homelander was aware of the nature of Sea Curses and managed to drag Julian to the water, it could be possible for him to win.
the Unknown concept was retconned ( or more correctly, was never a thing in the first place ) but yeah Freedy is still strong strong
unless homelander is more durable than an entire island ( according to the webcomic, which isnt camon ) he will get one-shot most likely
