He’s still the best of the 3 but I think that speaks less to him being restrained and more to just how unhinged his brothers are.
Aren’t there versions with Persephone first being given to him by Zeus though he still traps at her for half the year. Though from my understanding of the mytho their marriage isn’t actually that bad though the origins are bad no matter the version
