When I read the Arcane wiki there was weapon like Musket and Flintlock pistol
and I wonder if there will be pirates or maybe higher-level bandit that used a gun to beat the players to death

for lore reasons between AA and WoM, i have my doubts that guns will be making a comeback

Vetex explained that the blueprints/technology to make guns have permanently disappeared according to the game’s lore.
so many holes in his reasoning but it is what it is 
*black market dealers in savaria with guns and cannons. mainland manufacturing and exporting guns/wheelocks. oblitesco island where literally everyone has atleast 2 guns, etc.
is this just me that think due to Prometheus giving human magic instead of fire it made human more lazier to improve their technology and stuck in medieval time?
and if cannon is still a thing in WoM why would human don’t want to create more flexible version of a cannon?
and if there are people that can’t use magic why do they keep being inferior from people with magic and why they don’t make a technology that makes them a bit stronger than magic users

Kind of like the Harry Potter world, they have magic but are still in that old era.
With me, Wom doesnt have some sorts of gun is still acceptable cuz the main things in this game is become the strongest wizard and they will focus on magic. But the problem is pirate/mecenary ships have canons when they dont use them or even have some canon balls.
could maybe gun be npc only weapon?

if only npc can use gun, it may be very powerful cuz it has high speed and may be bleed effect. I think gun should exist but it cant be upgraded so it will be a good weapons for starter players.

A better way of putting that lore wise would be that guns were still here,until some sort of factory accident happened and before guns could get out of the factory/workshop both the guns and the blueprints are lost in the fire,it happens 3 years before wom.
Older guns were dumped away at some point in time.

Guns were only produced in ONE LOCATION, that being Mainland. Mainland was the only place in AA times that had the resources and time to create them, and the only reason people outside of the AG had them was because of smugglers.
When Mainland was destroyed, all the people who knew how to create firearms, the majority of the then existing firearms, and any form of replication was destroyed. Furthermore, over the course of two thousand years all of these weapons would have fallen into disrepair and become unusable LONG before WoM times.
The main driving forces in the WoM world are wizards. The Magic Council troops, unlike the AG, are also all magicians. Nobody with the power and money to start the development of firearms has anything to gain from them, only thing to lose. What happens when you try to arrest someone who can kill your troops in a single shot? Do you continue to put the people under you at risk? For what gain, being able to have non-magic users join the MC or city guard? Magicians and the pecking order of magical power keeps things in order.
In summary, shut the fuck up you aren’t getting a gun. Cannons have their use to people on ships for naval combat, and potentially on land for defense. Making them portable isn’t necessary to anyone who can make it happen.

Not nice man, they may be wanting something they won’t get, but they have a point: there is no reason not to make small arms with the current explanation as to why.
I do agree that guns are not needed and if it’s said we don’t get them, then we don’t get them. It’s the reasoning for it that’s doodoo.
First, as already said, cannons exist on ships, so the way to use gunpowder for weapons is known and samples for reverse engineering are readily available.
Second there are good craftsman, belonging to rich cultures namely Vistarians who already make crossbows and Alaleans who are loaded.
Third there are non magic users who would gladly use weapons that are like bows/crossbows that they already have just many times better.
So, the “oh no, blueprint gone, guess I won’t even try making this gun thing during the 2000 years of peace and prosperity” thing is just lazy.
Here’s a better alternative: let’s just say gunpowder is incredibly scarce/unavailable in Magius, the one used for the cannons is from stashes from long ago or it is long gone. The only ones who could use the gun technology are whole cultures or big organizations like MC but only on their big ships against other big ships. It is not worth it to make firearms for their non magic users, and the magic people don’t need them anyways.
