Although I’m unsure, I think FANDOM has a feature where you can lock pages so no random can edit them, therefore allowing a wiki to be only “staff-edited” assuming every page on the wiki is locked.

Yes FANDOM does have a feature to lock pages but it can only be used sparingly and mostly on pages that get vandalised alot. Using it to mass lock pages will result in FANDOM intervening and asking us to unlock the pages cuz its against their policy.
