lvl 2 (sorry I have no idea)
I’m 180 and blast takes roughly 210/1k energy
in old wom a blast at 535 max energy took like less than 50 iirc
What’s still left to do for WoM : (in my opinion)
Make Ash visible again
Remove charging of spells like flight being based off fps
Remove jailtime
Might just be me but some building like the silent tower should be indestructible
(also add dodging so we can actually move fr)

Ye you were able to fire like 10 blast spells before needing to recharge
Before this update you could only fire about 5, and according to what u just said its still at about 5 
went from about 24% to about 20% for me, idk how the formula works
and also fully revamp wom with special p2w features and 3 dollar ice cream cone
also costs lowered with tiers iirc, so at our level we should be able to shoot ALOT of spells before having to recharge
