No living tissue is capable of stopping or immunizing itself against radiation, while yes we donât know the properties of magic, for all we know they could deflect radiation or absorb it completely, but that would mean PK would have to keep his shields up at all times, wasting energy while he gets peppered by other means like AC-130s.
