What we need:
Something local/non exotic
Something that’s not just a reskinned magic
Something that feels like an element
Powder, cloud, liquid
Cold
Proposal: Fog Magic (“Frost” Magic)
As Fire brings forth Ash, Ice brings forth Fog, cloudy air formed by condensed water vapour and ice particles often emitting off of cold substances like liquid nitrogen.
- Somewhat non-exotic (aside from the name and since it’s uncommonly seen distinct from ice)
- Not a reskin, inverse of Ash
- Elemental
- Cloud
- Cold
Variants:
- Rime (bluish-white)
- Frost/Hoarfrost (pure white)
