Any tips please?
I seem to cant go over 57 or my arms hurt alot
Some guy told me to do them alot but not count and when it starts to hurt then start counting
Should I follow that?

try to progressively improve by setting a goal like increasing by one every day/week (if you can’t one day just try again later)

or alternatively depending on how fast you can recover you could do a lot of sets one day then taka a break the next

Well I didn’t really use much online guidance but I did try to set myself achievable goals, such as doing 30 at once at first, repeating it a few times then maybe adding an extra 10 as my new goal a few days or weeks later. As of rn I can do about 90 at once, and I’ve been able to just about do 100 on certain days too

Also remmeber to take some breaks in between each workout day, you’ll want your arms to at least heal in between instead of just hurting them more
