probably L since im pretty sure you can get several sunkens with luck 5
If you dont have the dark sea essentia and people to share it with, this is a normal trade. People seem to think that if you use luck 5 you get a sunken… you dont. Its nlt guaranteed and you can get unlucky, and even in the case you get a sunken…it could be the old one.
From my experience I got 2 sunkens in 30min, but a friend of mine didnt even get one in 2 hours with LUCK 5.
Tl;dr For me its a balanced trade neither W or L
i’d say this is fair to either side, t5 luck can still screw you over sometimes and give nothing worthwhile.
i didn’t take it but i did another trade with 7 scales for a helm so it worked out in the end 
Case in point, one hour of fishing for one sunken.
