I’m fairly certainly this is an actual, legitimate user. Not an Rb1 alt. Rb1 has certain profile patterns that I’m not seeing on this guy’s.

You say that like Rb1 is creative enough to actually deceive anyone. Every profile he makes usually has the bare minimum effort put into it. He knows he’s going to be caught within a few days, so he doesn’t bother doing anything too tedious.

I’ve reported like 3-5 alts myself and seen several more. It’s basic pattern recognition to me at this point.

do you look at every single new forumers pfp and inspect it just to find out whether they’re rb1 or not
Nah, I just have a hunch when dramas are caused by Rb1s. And I don’t want to jump the gun and immediately go after a user just because their profile looks low-effort. Generally, it’s the behavior plus the profile that tips me off.

Rb1 was a prominent forum troll most notable for being a founding member of the wiki, after he got banned for messing with the mods in various ways, he basically just started creating brigades of alt accounts. Leading the forums to immediately assume any new user is rb1, as we get more rb1 alts than actual users sometimes
