He can be interacted with for info if you didnt know
he had too much to drink so he just yaps about the nonexistent Epicenter. It doesn’t exist. Trust me.
I’m aware of that, but he seems too unique for an info dump about the dark sea.
The NPC would appear to serve as a source of information about the Epicenter. It might have possibly been intentional foreshadowing to the structure being eventually added into the game in the Dark sea update. The NPC seems to also imply eventually mobs will spawn in it, which was eventually confirmed by Vetex when he updated the dark sea page on the trello (While it was still under develpoment, the epicenter was never mentioned in any trello notes)
That’s all? Bit of a bummer. I thought we’d see him again later and there would be a red quest that makes us bring him to The Epicenter.
probably the dude spirit weapon users meet down the line like the other 3 mfs for the other builds can’t be bothered to go check the names of (the buff dude, the old mage, and the bounty hunter). His staff looks like a spirit weapon and he mentions a spiritual journey.

I feel like while it is partially this, spirit weapon users will probably meet him down the line like the other 3 builds probably will for the other 3 dudes in sailors lodge who seem to correspond to a certain route.
I never thought about this but you may be right, and if that’s the case that’s definitely a great set up.
