I know wind magic has knockback on its spells, so I wanted to have that on my explosion conjurer and wood mage. I used a a small amount of gems on my wood mage and got 31% atk knockback but it does…no knockback. Does attack knockback only affect wind magic? I mean I can understand it affecting it more but I feel like that’s dumb locking it to just a single magic. Do I maybe need way more or…?

2, i have 20% knockback and i noticed that my guns suddenly deal knockback in stationary units such as ravenna guards(although that happened before i got attack knockback), it also appears on my dual sword lmb
knockback is multiplicative, not addictive iirc
aka, if you magic’s knockback is 0 ( aka literally any magics other than wind ), you cant increase its knockback ( snare does have its knockback increased tho since it naturally has kb )
because boxing does have kncokback

technically all fighting styles get knockback
but everything also gets a bit of knockback if you deal a certain percentage of the enemy’s health, I think it’s like 20% or 30%?
(I think it does also work with snare, but I’m not sure)
(also for any wind mages wanting to make a knockback build, don’t use pulsar or surge, those just have 0 knockback now. Javelin is great tho, highly recommend using the max amount of ticks)

supposedly knockback jewels are supposed to grant knockback even if the base attack doesnt have any, at least thats what vetex said

vetex should then also give wind surge and pulsar knockback as well, since they just don’t do anything right now

it’s literally wind’s whole gimmick
it’d be weird if surge on plasma doesn’t apply scorched
or if pulsar on light doesn’t apply blinded
besides, with the surge damage scaling on distance, it wouldn’t be that broken unless you accidentally get stuck right below a wind mage. (which doesn’t happen often, and if you do, you kind of deserve it)
pulsar would just knock the opponent away which decreases damage dealt by the skill.
I hope he fixed it soon then, I really want my attacks do deal knock back without going wind🥲 (I want to feel like Cerunno and Argos)
